The main objective of this service, Virtual Switchboard, is to provide your SME with a digital switchboard that performs key functions to facilitate internal and external communications in your business.

Functionalities

Call management

 

The switchboard will allow you to manage calls efficiently. You can transfer calls, put them on hold and create menus of options to direct calls to the right department or person.

Internal extensions

 

The switchboard will facilitate communications within your SME by granting internal extensions to your employees.

Call forwarding

 

You will be able to automatically forward calls to specific numbers, such as mobile phones and other extensions, and you will also be able to manage calls outside working hours or in specific situations.

Voicemail

 

You will have access to voicemail to leave messages when an employee is unable to answer a call.

Conference calls

 

The switchboard will allow you to hold conferences or telephone meetings, to facilitate collaboration between your SME's employees or communication with customers and business partners.

Call log

 

You will keep a record of incoming and outgoing calls so you can track communications and improve service to your customers.

Security functions

 

You will have several functions such as caller identification or the ability to block certain numbers.

Use of Extensions

 

You will have the possibility to use the PBX extensions through any device (computer browser, mobile App or tablet).

Maximum amount of aid

For the entire period of service: 12 monthly payments.
